All rooms are ensuite and consist of three twin rooms and one family room with a maximum occupancy of three people.
All rooms also have tea/coffee making facilities, colour television, hairdryers, trouser presses
and all rooms are non smoking.
The annexe for the rooms is a new construction and all the rooms are brand new in August 2004 and these rooms have been designed with the comfort of the guest as our foremost consideration.
A disabled toilet facility with walk-in shower is also available.
Each room has its own guest information pack. There is a remote controlled t.v in each room and all guests recieve a complimentary bottle of mineral water. All the usual toiletries are supplied.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I must inform you that if a booking is made and you wish to cancel,
we do need 24 hours notice otherwise the first night of your stay will be charged.

Departure time: By 10.00am
Breakfast time: Mon - Fri 7.00am to 8.30 am (kitchen will close at 8.30am)
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am to 9.00am (kitchen will close at 9.00am)
These are NON Smoking rooms,
We ask all smokers to be respectful of our non smoking guests.
We do provide a covered smoking area.
Any damages must be paid for.
